What services do we offer? At the Ernst & Young Center for Undergraduate Career Advancement, you can learn the skills you need to identify the right career and prepare to succeed. Our mission is to provide information, advice and access at any point in your Foster career. From researching careers, finding an internship search to negotiating a job offer, Undergraduate Career Services is your career services one-stop.

• Ideal for resume critique, cover letter, internship and job search
Walk-in Career Advising
No appointment necessary. Walk-in career advising is available for general questions for a maximum of 15 minutes Monday – Thursday from 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM.
Individual Career Counseling
Career Counselors available to meet with you year-round, at any point in your Foster career. Appointments are available every day, Monday – Friday, virtual advising included. Email Undergraduate Career Services to schedule an appointment or call 206.221.6858.
Access to Companies
By registering with the HuskyJobs web-based recruiting system, you will access full-time jobs, internships, on-campus interview schedules, and employer information.
Take the Career Leader Assessment
This online self-assessment is free to Foster students and will give you insight about 25 business careers, including the interests, rewards and abilities associated with each one. Come in during walk in advising to get started.
Practice Interviews with Interview Stream
This online mock interview is free to Foster students and will help you to practice interviewing using your computer’s webcam. You may also view career experts via webinars to learn more about interviewing. Contact Undergraduate Career Services for access.
Mock Interviews
Students can schedule mock interviews with Undergraduate Career Services Counselors and receive feedback to help prepare for upcoming interviews.
Career Fairs
Each quarter, participate in campus career fairs including our flagship Business Career Fair in autumn quarter.
