MBA Strategic Consulting Program

Foster’s MBA Strategic Consulting Program can help you grow your business and make it more profitable. Teams of Foster MBA students will work with you to research complex business challenges and provide you with actionable recommendations. The companies and organizations who worked with us last year (2013-2014) were overwhelmingly satisfied with the students’ outside perspective and analytical skills. Most clients said they will implement the teams’ recommendations. All work is confidential and is supervised by Foster faculty and staff.

Project options

Please see below for details on the two options. Both can address domestic and/or international issues and be structured to fit almost any business challenge. Utilizing their training in management, finance, marketing and technology, the teams are able to conduct an in-depth analysis and then make recommendations for solving strategic problems, enhancing organizational effectiveness and competitiveness, and exploring and evaluating new business opportunities. We will help you determine which option would be the best fit for your needs based on the timing and nature of your project.
