San Francisco
AIRLINE AND HOTEL INFORMATION
What day will I fly to San Francisco?
The program in Seattle concludes the afternoon of Wednesday, August 14, and starts again in San Francisco on the morning of Thursday, August 15. From Seattle you will need to fly to San Francisco (SFO) during the afternoon of Wednesday, August 15 for hotel check-in by that evening. The flight from SEA to SFO is NOT covered in the program fee.
Oakland airport (OAK) is an optional airport to travel to – it is across the bay from the SFO Airport. San Francisco is in the same time zone as Seattle; the flight time is approximately two (2) hours.
Should I make my own travel arrangements for San Francisco?
Yes, you are 100% responsible for booking your flight from Seattle to San Francisco.
When making your air travel arrangements please be sure to include the Seattle to San Francisco portion in your ticket. Example: HKG-SEA-SFO-HKG. You may fly directly home after the conclusion of the program on the evening of Saturday, August 17 if necessary.
How do I get from the San Francisco Airport to the Hilton?
From the airport, the most convenient method of transportation from either SFO or OAK airports to the hotel is by taxi or shuttle. You are responsible for airport transfers to and from the hotel in San Francisco. Travel time is about 20-30 minutes.
