First, post your job or internship 

For MBA Internship and Full-Time Hires
Email a job or internship description including how you would like students to apply, the application deadline, and the contact person to mbajobs@u.washington.edu or by contacting 206.685.2410.

For Experienced MBA Hires
We also can help you post jobs for alumni by contacting mbajobs@u.washington.edu or calling 206.685.2410.

For Technology Management MBA Hires
Contact Susie Buysse at 206-616-2890 or sbuysse@u.washington.edu.

For Undergraduate Hires or Non-MBA Hires
Contact the UW Center for Career Services at huskyjob@u.washington.edu.

Second, collect resumes

Set Up a Resume Collect: 
You decide if you will schedule your own off-campus interviews or if you are interested in on-campus recruiting.  Either way, we will collect resumes for you and send them to you on a date you pre-select.

OR Have Resumes Submitted Directly to You
All resumes can be sent directly to your organization through an email or web address provided in the job description and you handle the rest.
       
Third, interview candidates

Interview On-Campus
You choose the date and length of interviews and we handle the scheduling. To set up on-campus interviews, contact us at mbajobs@u.washington.edu or call 206.685.2410 and ask for our Recruiting Coordinator. You arrange for any follow-up interviews off-campus.

Interview by Phone
Sometimes it’s more convenient to conduct interviews by phone. Whether you schedule the interviews or we do, students can use our facilities for phone interviews. They can call you directly or you can call our front desk to be connected to them

Interview at Your Company's Site
You are welcome to invite students to interview in your office. Contact each candidate directly to arrange a convenient time to meet. If your company isn’t in the Seattle area, you can host students on-site or take advantage of our student Road Shows or Treks

Targeted referrals

If you have very specific or unique requirements for a position, consult with our career staff about the best way to target particular students. Contact us at mbajobs@u.washington.edu or 206.685.2410.

Third-party recruiters
We will post job descriptions for you, but do require that the hiring company name be included in the posting. We do not work with any recruiters who require a fee from our students.
