FOSTER HONORS ENROLLMENT PERIOD:  July 1 – October 31

The Foster Honors Program is open to students pursuing the Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree who have an exceptional academic record.

Business students pursuing the full UW Honors Program are required to enroll in and complete the Foster Honors requirements in order to graduate with College Honors.

The Foster Honors program is designed to expand and intensify the academic experiences in Business Administration through completion of 12 credits to include an Honors seminar (BA 390), the Honors section of MGMT 430, and six credits of Ad Hoc honors work and/or independent study.

The program builds a community of undergraduate scholars within the Foster School, providing members with opportunities to work closely with UW professors in independent study and research.  There are also special events such as lectures and receptions for Foster Honors students.

Admitted Foster Honors students must maintain a cumulative and Business GPA of 3.5 to graduate "With Distinction" from the Foster School of Business.
