Learn from others on your TMMBA Study Group

Visit a TMMBA class and you’re immediately impressed by the caliber of the students. The TMMBA isn’t for recent undergrads. This is a disciplined, targeted program for seasoned professionals…professionals who become part of your own Study Group, helping you learn and grow.

Teamwork drives the learning process in the Technology Management MBA Program. Designed for the fast-paced technology sector, the program is rigorous, engaging and group-oriented. As part of the hands-on learning, these study groups draw on each member’s diverse academic background, occupation and company experience to take a project from inception to completion.

Since each class of 40 or so starts and finishes together, you really get to know—and learn from--your fellow students, especially the people who are part of your Study Group. The Technology Management MBA staff groups students together, intentionally drawing from a variety of backgrounds and companies so you share the widest range of experiences, insights and perspectives.

And your fellow students have plenty of experience to draw from: Technology Management MBA students have spent up to 25 years in the working world by the time they participate in our program.

They also have a wide range of knowledge to share, as they work in a range of careers: TMMBA students hold a variety of positions including CIO, corporate auditor, network administrator, software design engineer, program manager, product manager and more. For insight into all the different types of people, jobs and companies represented in the program, see the job titles and companies of our current students.

Throughout the 18 months, study group members count on each other for fresh insight, new perspectives and the support that comes from being part of a tight-knit group. And the lifelong network you’ll be build is unique to the Technology Management MBA program as you join the ranks of the Foster School of Business alumni.
