Sales Certificate Program

The Sales Certificate Program at the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business provides students with the knowledge and real-world experience necessary to be successful in sales. This nationally ranked program teaches students how to sell, manage and lead.

Below are a few program highlights:

  • The Sales Education Foundation recognized the Foster School’s Sales Program as one of the top sales programs in 2013—for the seventh year in a row.
  • Our students placed #1 of 21 Universities at the National Team Selling Competition “Can’t Beat the Experience” in October 2012.
  • Our students placed 9th of 67 universities competing in the March 2013 National Collegiate Sales Competition.
  • The Husky Sales Club hosted 28 companies in April for the Sales Career Fair. Additionally, 30 business partners participated in the Club’s Speaker Series last year.

Foster School of Business Sales Program has partnered with leading businesses (Pacific Capital Resource Group, Altria, Docusign, Laird Plastics, Northwestern Mutual, SRS Distribution, Palo Alto Networks, PepsiCo) to provide an exceptional student experience. As a result, sales certificate recipients enjoy a better than 90% job placement rate.
