PACCAR Hall is designed to qualify for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) silver level certification.

Cost 
Total project cost including design, construction, consultants, furniture, technology and sales taxes is $95,000,000.

Funding  
Privately funded through donations and reserves of the UW Foster School of Business. Numerous individuals and organizations contributed to the building, with the largest gift totaling $18 million from PACCAR and the Pigott family.
